Education Have you ever been told the saying, "It's all in your head?" This is explicitly the thinking that went into creating the NLP or neuro linguistic programming training program.
NLP training was made to take the way we view the world and move it around so that, in a very condensed amount of time, we could rearrange our thinking patterns and transform every potential opportunity into a more successful endeavor.
NLP training is viewed on a very fundamental level by a lot of scientists. Most of them can tell you that NLP training is in essence the equivalent of being handed a guidebook to your brain, that unfathomable, complex mass of white and gray matter, nerve endings, synapses and a thousand other things that manipulate your thoughts and actions.
It is frequently theorized that each person is born with a set of abilities, and that even with the largest amount of work possible they will only ever be able to achieve the maximum potential that was dictated at their birth.
NLP training is out to convert that deception. In the beginning, NLP training was particularly utilized to treat mood disorders, phobias and other conditions that weren't understood very well but were a programmed response to certain types of stimuli.
An ideal example would be someone who had a phobia of spiders (Arachnophobia). Every time their eyes see a spider a fight or flight response is triggered in the brain that leads to terror and either arbitrary dancing and mashing with a shoe or rapid speed in the other direction.
