Anthony Robbins As A Teacher Of Nlp

Some people don't think of Tony Robbins as a serious teacher of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). They consider him a mere showman. However, Tony has been teaching the principles of NLP for a very long time, and has introduced millions of people to the concepts. I have personally attended his seminars, and I know that I have learned a great deal about NLP from him. You simply can't deny that he has distinguished himself in this field. Anthony Robbins has led a very successful life, and he owes much his success to the fact that he was a devoted student of John Grinder, one of the co-founders of NLP. Tony used the principle of "Modeling" to begin his transformation. He attended a workshop of Grinder's and took the principle of modeling to heart. After the workshop was over, Tony spoke to Grinder about how he could use the principle himself. Grinder saw that he was serious about wanting to learn, so he gave him some advice. He told Tony that he should try firewalking, and the rest is history. One thing about Anthony Robbins is that he gets results. He uses a variety of methods along with traditional NLP principles. He is totally committed to actually helping people move in a positive direction. He is able to make changes in people's lives through his intervention techniques. One of the things that he learned from John Grinder is that one must have a healthy body in order to have a strong mind. You cannot separate the physiological from the mental part of a person. A strong physiology is essential for inner growth and obtaining a happy and successful life. You, too, should learn from John Grinder. He is not as famous as the other NLP founder, Richard Bandler, but I believe Grinder is the better person to model. Bandler is intelligent and eloquent in his presentations, but he doesn't the same degree of physical vitality as Grinder does. Tony is more like Grinder in terms of physical presence. They both have a powerful way of presenting themselves. Because of Grinder's influence, Tony has become one of the most well-known and widely-followed teachers of Neuro Linguistic Programming in the world today. Tony was fortunate to have John Grinder as a model for NLP. Grinder is now over sixty years old, but he is remarkably physically active. Bandler may have the edge in eloquence and knowledge, but Grinder is the better example of a balanced human being. You can learn just by watching the way he carries himself. This is also what Anthony Robbins possesses, and this is why I believe he is one of the best models anyone can have. It's a mistake to dismiss Anthony Robbins as a true expert of NLP. His own success speaks for itself. Through his books, videos, and seminars he has helped millions to lead more successful lives. By: Seminar Review
